We are pleased to introduce a new pilot podcast dedicated to exploring the diverse lived experiences of the LGBT+ community. The conversations will be led by Vincent Wootton and selection of different co-hosts. The mission of this podcast is to reduce isolation and increase representation by highlighting the joy within the LGBT+ experience. We believe these stories underscore the vital importance of maintaining and growing dedicated safe spaces and inclusive environments.
Filming our 6 episode pilot season is now complete and we are releasing them every fortnight on YouTube and Spotify. The release dates are as follows.

Pilot - 27th April
The guest on this episode is Skye Leach the Community Engagement officer for Sussex LGBT. As an introduction to the podcast she will share her story about her involvement with the organisation and her lived experience as a trans woman.
Episode 1 - 18th May
The guest on this episode is Betty Gallacher a war veteran that was disbarred due to her sexuality. She will talk about how she dealt with that, what it was like to live through the Aids epidemic and how she has supported the LGBT community since. This episode will be co-hosted by Kemuel Thompson.


Episode 2 - 1st June
The guest on this episode is Em Hunter a poet and LGBT activist. She will talk about her involvement in The Big Queer Poetry Show. She will also be discussing the importance of being an ally in the current political climate and her experience of growing up as a lesbian during Section 28. This episode will be co-hosted by Kemuel Thompson.
Episode 3 - 15th June
The guest on this episode is Jonathon Greenwell-Hare, who joins us to share his deeply personal LGBT family-building experience. Jonathan and his husband have been on their journey for many years, navigating the complexities of both clinical pathways and traditional surrogacy to grow their family.
Co-hosted by Christopher Malden, this episode offers insights into the unique challenges and triumphs same-sex couples face when pursuing parenthood.


Episode 4 - 29th June
The guest on this episode is Katie-George Dunlevy our Company Patron and Team GB Paralympian.Throughout the conversation, Katie shares her personal coming out story and discusses her unique experiences as a member of the LGBT+ community within the professional sports world. This episode is co-hosted by Christopher Malden.
Episode 5 - 13th July
The guest on this episode is Ophelia Payne a prominent Trans Drag Queen and one of the celebrated faces of Brighton Pride. Throughout the conversation, Ophelia delves into her personal journey as a trans individual and her evolution in the art of drag, exploring how these two paths intersect and inform her craft.
Joining the discussion as co-host is Skye Leach, who provides additional depth by sharing her own lived experiences as a trans woman. Together, they offer a multifaceted perspective on identity, performance, and the importance of visibility within the LGBT+ community.


Episode 6 - 27th July
The guest on this episode is Chris Malden the owner of a successful security firm who proudly displays their pride flags and stand firmly with the LGBT community. He will be talking about his life as a gay man and how that has impacted on his buisness.
